Well I finally decided to spring for some new shoes to try and ellivate my heel pain. And after a trip to the local Gazzelle sports in Holland (lunch break at work), I am now a proud owner of some Nike Air Structure Triax 10's. They feel pretty good at the moment. Im hoping to break them in a little and then take them for a test drive this afternoon. Wish me luck. Who knows... maybe I still have time for that race tomorrow. Hopefully I will get more than 200 miles out of this pair.

Oh I acutally forgot to mention they are Nike+ shoes, so I can put my nike+ pod in there and not have to worry about the velcro wallet anymore. Pretty cool.

I replaced my Saucony Hurricane 8's with these Nikes back in June. I've had no problem running in them. I don't know if I'll stick with Nike after I retire this pair. I'm thinking of heading back to Saucony for my next pair of shoes. I definetly like the Nike+ pocket for my Nike+ sensor.
