this was a great run, i was very tight, but i just stretched the best i could and went running, 1000 first mile, then 1037 for a 2037 2 mile, then i went 2611, which is a not bad pace for the last mile and finished stopping a couple times for water (very humid at ramsey today) but still finishing well under 33 minutes for my best ever 3 mile time, yeah!
