  • First time I ran this far. I was surprised at how well I did for the first 2/3rd of the road. The last 1/3rd was harder. My heart rate was really well maintained. it was going down real fast and going up pretty slow. all in all, a very good session. [11.72 km @ 11:32 min/km]

  • first jog after 2 weeks of rest due to pains in my knees. probably muscles. tried my polar RS100 and found that my Heart Beat is pretty high when I jog up to 160 BPM which is 90% of my HRMmax. not good. especially since I didn't find the jog difficult at all. [3.5 km @ 14:15 min/km]

  • Probably my last run for a while, I suffer from pain on the internal side of both legs, right under the knees. my left is worse than my right, so this was my last run for the coming time. Pity because I felt the best in this run, but I have to watch my knees, I'll switch to bike riding and see how things works. [7.76 km @ 10:34 min/km]
