The exact opposite of pumped. My legs never really recovered from Ludington because I didn't take any days off so I planned to take 2 our of three days off last weekend. That planned rest turned into a really busy time and then I was just plain lazy. I finally got out yesterday but I have absolutely no motivation right now. It should be interesting.

Hey Chris, you need to get a run in of 3.1 miles. Im gonna release a new top category for certian distances like fastest runner for 5k, 10k,.. but 3.0 isnt close enough to 3.1 for it to count. So get that last .1 in there!

I stumbled out of bed and stepped on a couple of glass cups shattering both of them and cutting the bottom of my foot pretty good and even getting some glass shards stuck in several spots. Unfortunately I was sober too so I have no excuse.

yeah i should be in shape for a marathon anytime around that time. No i'm not that big i've been bigger i just started lifting about 2 weeks ago, lol, so i weak as heck, i only can benched 185 6 times, and my squat is about 250 5 time, and curling about 90 10 times so i have a ways to go talk to u soon, peace mike

I killed an X-tra Large Peppino's Pizza tonight in one sitting... and chased it with an ice cream bar. I'm definitely not looking forward to weighing in again.

Thanks, I was pretty pumped about hitting the 17:59. Everything just fell together really nice once I hit the road. Course, I also managed to put quite a bit of weight back on this week. Time to quit cutting myself some slack and get back on the diet program really hard. I'm going to get focused and see if I can get myself down to 150 by the end of May.

I went doun to 48th and turned around, I thought it was about 4 miles out. It's turns out to be 7.78 miles not eight, so I will try to change it.

I've got to start waching the weight more. I've been pigging out quite a bit lately and finally paid the price this week. No more Peppino's, damnit. Should be picking up some equipment with the Old Man today, hopefully that'll help me find more entertaining ways to burn a few extra calories.
