Ya I am in need of one now. Below my knee on the inner side I am experiencing some pain and swelling after my race today. So now I am resting and possibly biking to stay in shape until this feels ready to go. Ice is my new best friend.

Nice consistent workouts. I'm guessing Cross Country season is starting? Don't forget to take a day off here and there to allow some muscle recovery and stave off injury.
