3rd repeat. I was gonna do two more cuz my legs felt great but my stomach wasn't good. As soon as I bent over after the run I started puking and when I tried another repeat I puked again. I don't know whether I should be happy I pushed hard enough to puke or that it only took this much effort to do so.

Painful recovery run. Shins hurt then I had a very sharp pain just below my right knee that actually caused me to stop. I worked through the last mile and I think after some ice and 24 hours I will be good to go again.

I didn't feel like running so I went out for an easy 7 mile jog. Jogged the first 4 miles just under 8 minute mile pace. Finished the final 3.2 miles in 7:10 pace but I didn't feel like I was putting forth anymore effort. I'm just ready to run tomorrow.

6 mile out and back. Ran the 3 miles out in 21.15 and ran it back in 20.59. First run I really had to push through tired legs and small lungs. I feel like I'm on the edge of a breakthrough I just need some more consistency to my running.

Ankle is finally ok but I had to cut my run well short because of some serious pain in my right arch. I don't know if it was from lack of stretching or being on my foot all day but it caused quite a limp. Hopefully I'll have a better run tomorrow.
