you get to run in a few weeks but take it easy on the bike and work your way up slowly. no 20 mile bike rides!!!

Interval workouts seem to help me when the scale isnt being nice. Scott suggested it to me originally.

FIVE POUNDS TO LOSE Ughhh!!! Does anyone have any tips? I weigh 145 lbs!!! I like to weigh 138-140. I use Fitday and I'm not being very "naughty" at all with my eating! I suppose my choices are: 1 - Start taking ephedra again 2 - Switch to sugar free jello for food, except for dinner 3 - Quit drinking (I average 8-10 glasses of wine/week) 4 - Find more time to work out and stick to it... 5 - Switch back to old birth control, this new pill is blech Atkins is out of the question since I won't have enough energy to work out. I've gotten down to 130-135ish on Atkins, but I literally had no energy to exercise at all. I think options 3 & 4 are the most feasible. Option 5 is something to look into. Meh...
