Ha, very funny. I'm not 113.5lb but add a hundred to that and you know....leaves room for running. I only meant to run 4-5 miles but I felt good so I ran far enough down kent trail that getting back home was the real issue. I should listen to you but you know, my body has recovered quite fast from it. I've often wondered if you pushed Brian to build this website, or if secretly he's built it knowing it would keep you in shape. ;)
