Switch to Fitday... they let you enter EVERYTHING you do, whether it's cardio or not, including food intake. So then you can keep track of your lawn mowing and other misc. activities.
Ummm I think you are strecthing it with the lawn mowing - I mowed yesterday too but I honestly don't think you can add that in workout dump....

Fine. I'm adding it, though I don't know why - it had no cardio/fitness benefit whatsoever, the only thing that hurt was my feet. No more shopping in heels!! Rrrr. Shopping is a category on Fitday ;-)

Nope, that is the pace that i bike at when we aren't in a group and not biking 100miles.
I hope that 3 min miles were a misprint other wise i'm going to get my but kicked in the tri atholon, lol
