Mitch - yeah, I'm getting ready for the KC marathon (Oct 16) and am building a base for a 44-miler in April. Hopefully all goes well. :)

Thanks for the comment (May 31). I just saw it today. I am on the site nearly everyday but rarely scroll down the page. I am training to do some ultras after a 3+ year hiatus.

Sorry to hear about the knee issues. Honestly I think I have the same problems. I cant do anything anymore without it hurting. So yeah, whatever exercises you learn let me know ! heh.
